Keep the forum professional, useful and safe for customers, technicians and partners.

1. Protect private information

Do not post passwords, API keys, private product files, access keys, full VINs, customer names, addresses or other confidential data.

2. Describe technical problems clearly

Include the K-Diagnostics product, software version, operating system, VCI, vehicle model, ECU, exact error message and troubleshooting already completed.

3. Share only material you may legally share

Do not upload pirated software, confidential OEM material, private product files or copyrighted databases without permission.

4. Keep diagnostic work safe

Clearly warn about procedures that can affect vehicle safety, immobilizer systems, ECU programming or battery stability. Follow workshop and legal requirements.

5. Be respectful and stay on topic

No harassment, spam, impersonation or misleading claims. Moderators may edit, lock or remove content that violates these rules.
