# K-Diagnostics release update - products, pricing, license, and VCI support

K-Diagnostics is updating customer product releases one pass at a time. Products and functions are released only when their their own release checks pass.

Current customer-safe state:
- Build and compile package: not ready yet (0 release artifacts tracked).
- Release gate: build_evidence_ready_release_gate_still_requires_manifest_recipient_send_setup; customer send status: not_sent.
- Pricing: corrected live product/model pricing is active (273 live product price entries tracked).
- License agreement: included in the customer release flow and aligned with issued license scope.
- VCI support: app-bound VCI/J2534 support is included only inside licensed K-Diagnostics product flows. No standalone/raw PassThru, J2534, SDConnect, PTXG, or VAS6154 DLL support is distributed as a separate customer artifact.
- Android: not included in this customer release.

Customer-facing rule:
- Only supported, wired, released functions are shown or described to customers.
- Functions without required release support are not advertised, not listed as available, and not answered as supported by the customer/app AI.

Website state:
- Public site mode: online while release tasks finish.
- Login remains separate from public update mode.

Customer Release Notes

BUILD338 to Version 2

Version 2 is a clean continuation of the BUILD338 base. It keeps the familiar customer workflow while updating product data, model coverage, installer packaging, update checks, and support routing across the supported product family.

Highlights:
- BUILD338 remains the baseline reference for compatibility.
- Version 2 carries corrected vehicle, model, and ECU listing data forward.
- Brand product pages, update checks, installer packaging, and customer dashboard guidance are aligned.
- Forum support is organized by product category with Updates and Release Notes topics.
- Remote, Virtual Tester, Android, J2534, and SDconnect notes are routed to the correct product category.
- Error reports and customer messages are grouped for Server Engineer review before customer-facing notes are posted.
- Customer-facing update notes are written without internal implementation details.

Customer action:
- Use the latest link provided through the customer dashboard or support email.
- Keep your current installed product unless a support message specifically tells you to install a new package.
- If you see a missing vehicle list, missing ECU list, install issue, or connection issue, post in this product category or contact support with product, version, vehicle/model, VCI, and the exact error text.
